درایور 28070A

 آی سی 28070A یا UCC2870APWR یک آی سی پاور فکتور یا PFC میباشد , مشتق دامنه فرکانس گسترده از دستگاه UCC28070 است که قادر است در فرکانس هاي سوئيچينگ پايين مورد نظر براي مبدل هاي PFC مبتني بر سوئيچ قدرت IGBT در کاربردهاي پرقدرت کار کند. دستگاه UCC28070A قادر است در فرکانس هاي 10 کيلوهرتز تا 300 کيلوهرتز کار کند، بنابراين دامنه عملکرد را در مقايسه با دستگاه UCC28070 که حداقل فرکانس کاري آن به 30 کيلوهرتز محدود شده بود، افزايش مي دهد. تمامي امکانات و مزاياي ديگر دستگاه UCC28070 نيز در دستگاه UCC28070A موجود است. عملکرد 180 درجه خارج از فاز درهم، کاهش قابل توجهي در جريان هاي موج دار ورودي و خروجي ايجاد مي کند و فيلتر EMI انجام شده آسان تر و کم هزينه تر مي شود.

The UCC28070A device is an extended frequency range derivative of the UCC28070 device, capable of operating at low switching frequencies desired for IGBT power-switch based PFC converters in high power applications. The UCC28070A device is capable of operating at frequencies from 10 kHz to 300 kHz, thus extending the range of operation compared to the UCC28070 device whose minimum operating frequency was limited to 30 kHz. All the other features and benefits of the UCC28070 device are also available in the UCC28070A device. The 180° out-of-phase interleaved operation generates substantial reduction in input and output ripple currents and conducted EMI filtering becomes easier and less expensive.
